Wheat pictures [2017]

Ben and I have been married now 9 years...

and this is our ninth year of taking wheat pictures. 

And this is Isaac's first time, he was just a little peanut inside my belly last year!

Wheat pictures [2015]

The wheat looked so pretty..Noah and I went out to look what field to take pictures in,

and that night it rained pretty hard.

When the fields dried up enough, we got our annual pictures in before they harvested.

Christian's face cracks me up.

This one really makes me laugh...how Ben and Christian have the same exact look.

Oh my baby....you are getting so big! Crazy to think last year, we had just found out you were a boy around this time.

Wheat pictures [2014]

The wheat wasn't really very good around here this year. I'm obviously not a farmer..but I'm thinking it was too dry for too long. It was a very warm, windy day..but we were running out of days to take a quick picture before they harvested the last of it. These were the best we got. It's just the idea anyway.

I thought I'd better take a picture of the little guy...he's over halfway cooked!

Our annual wheat pictures...

I think our time spent taking these gets faster every year.

This year we spent maybe 10 minutes..maybe even less.

Its just the idea, I think the wheat is so pretty and this way we get at least one family picture a year!

I wanted one of just the boys...and this is how well that went! 

Never mind, not worth it...poor babies :) 

Noah started crying because Christian was crying so loud about the wheat scratching him. 

Oh my.

Each year we have taken pictures in the wheat...first our wedding pictures, last summer with Christian growing inside of me, and now the 3 of us!!
