Kade BIrthday [#10]

Saturday mornings sometimes have a special treat...when Grandpa brings donuts! Oh man, these boys LOVE LOVE LOVE Grandpa and donuts! They are spoiled.

After donuts and some playing, we headed to Kade's house for his birthday party!

He turned 10 this year! 

Such a pretty day.

Jonah found the softest spot around...great for resting.

You bring many laughs and smiles to our house...the boys all love you to pieces (and so do we!).

Jonah met a girl (Kade's cousin on the other side) at the party...

they hit it off real well. I tried not to interrupt their date. She was doing all the talking, and he would reply with "uh-huh"....he's already figuring things out!

Kade Birthday

Kade turned eight! 

Alyssa makes some pretty amazing cakes...he requested their "back yard".

She did awesome.

Kade-man..you are one of a kind. 

You are full of spunk, a certain edge of sneakiness, yet so sensitive and genuine.

You have just the right compliments and questions of concern...so sincere, which blows my mind sometimes.

I think we all want a hat like Kade got for his birthday...I guess its one size fits all.

We opened presents, ate lunch, and played HeadBanz..a good time all around.

You are a special boy, nephew, cousin...and we all love you lots!

Kade #7

Kade turned 7...he's getting so big!

He cracks me up often.

I love how he tries to carry on very adult-like conversations with Christian.or Noah for that matter.

He can be so sweet and sincere.

He can also be very ornery.

He has a very creative imagination.

He LOVES the outdoors.

So at his birthday party...we were able to be outside during the whole thing!

It was an absolutely beautiful day!!

We had a scavenger hunt (and went on a walk), we ate pizza and birthday cake outside, and opened up presents outside too.

Afterwards, we all went to check out/play on the new property Brent and Alyssa are getting. 

LOTS of room to roam and play :)

Happy Birthday Kade man...you indeed are quite the special and sweet young man.

picnic at the park

Christian and I went to have a picnic at the park. We called up Grandma who just so conveniently had Kade at her house...and invited them too! Kade's a good playmate..and knows how to get Christian to eat his food better than I do!

The Kade Man turns FIVE

Kade turns FIVE on November 10.

We celebrated the weekend before..and it was a GOOD time.

We started with a scavenger hunt outside..

...and we ended up taking a walk in their neighborhood, it was really pretty.

Then Mr. Kade opened presents...he got an awesome hat!

This is Kade's cousin, Blake...he was also their for the birthday bash. 

I couldn't help but put this picture in of him...I had fun with both him and his younger brother Henry.

I think Christian might have been a blind super hero..he had a hard time opening his eyes!

Kade Man, you are such a sweet boy..I truly enjoy watching your sweet and oh so energetic spirit grow up. We love you lots!!!
