Happy Easter...He is Risen!
We had a wonderful Easter weekend, spent with family and spring weather. Saturday, we spent the day in Hesston at Mom and Dad's house doing yard work and such. It was such a nice day outside. In the evening, Ben went over to Mitch's to watch the Final Four games with Brent and Mitch. We ended up staying the night in Hesston, and just went to church at Whitestone Sunday morning. Those of us who live in KS (aka...Carissa wasn't there) came over for Easter dinner.

In the afternoon, Ben, Christian and I went into town to Grandpa and Grandma Hershberger's. They had hosted Easter dinner there for the whole family, and we wanted to stop in to see everyone. Even if we only could stay a little bit, it was nice to say hello and see their faces. Christian wasn't exactly showing his happy side at the time...which was a bummer..but I guess you can't help it always.

Later in the afternoon, we dyed Easter eggs and had a couple Easter egg hunts. We spent quite a bit of time outside, it may have been windy..but at least it was warm enough to enjoy the weather! I think we were all quite tired by the time we got home that night...it was a full day..but a very GOOD one!
