Workout..baby style

Hi.. I'm Noah, I will be your workout instructor today. 
Try and stick, with me...feel free to take a breather if you need to.


First, let's do some simple leg raises.

Next, let's move into down dog yoga position. Let's hold this pose.
Ahh...feel the stretch.


Next up, let's move into the plank position. Beginners, you can start like this...


When you are ready to advance you can bring you legs up too...


And these are a taste of the mountain climbers...difficult to do...but well worth it when it comes to a well rounded work out.



Whew! Strong work everyone. That's a wrap. Now for the cool down...
